Marjolein Bervoets founded the Career Management Group in 2001 after leaving a major US based global provider of “Outplacement”.
Having an extensive background in senior corporate management roles and executive coaching, Marjolein identified the need for a highly flexible and commercially focussed consultancy to serve the needs of Australia’s responsible corporate citizens and their respective workforce, from the shop floor to the most senior level of management.
